Are your marshmallows gluten-free and allergy-friendly?
Most of our marshmallows are naturally gluten-free; however, they are produced in a facility that handles wheat, nuts, and dairy. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
How long do the marshmallows stay fresh?
Our handcrafted marshmallows are best enjoyed within 4 to 6 weeks of arrival. To maintain their fluffy texture, store them in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We use temperature-controlled packaging during warmer months to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Can I place a custom order for events or weddings?
Yes! We love being part of your special days. We offer custom colors, flavors, and bulk packaging for weddings, corporate gifts, and parties. Please email our events team for a quote.
Are your marshmallows vegan?
Our standard recipe uses bovine gelatin. However, we do offer a specific range of plant-based marshmallows clearly labeled as 'Vegan' on our website which use carrageenan as a setting agent.
